Wood Sealer | Wood Nano Coating Spray for Water Repellent Protection of Wood

Wood Sealer is an innovative impregnating coating based on nanotechnology. Wood Sealer is a hydrophobic clear coat for finishing wooden surfaces. It has excellent UV resistance against yellowing, cracking and peeling. Wood Sealer can be used for all furniture and buildings. It protects wooden and wood-based surfaces from decay and air pollution by preventing water penetration into wood surface that improves properties and also lifetime of the wood. The Coating method on painted wooden surfaces, such as the door of the bathroom and toilet, or the dining table or any painted wooden artefacts and kitchen MDF cabinet with Wood Sealer:
Before coating, the surface must be cleaned and dried. Old and flaky paint (if any) must be removed from the surface through sanding. Before use, shake the solution container well. Spray Wood Sealer on the desired surface. So that the entire surface is wet with Wood Sealer and it is spread over the entire surface with the help of a suitable cloth.
After 10 minutes, if you see any extra material that has not been absorbed, polish it with a towel or cloth (collect the extra material with a cloth).
To increase the protective and water repellency properties, repeat the spraying and polishing process again after thirty to sixty minutes. It is better to use mask and gloves in all steps.
After coating with Wood Sealer, the surface takes 72 hours (at 25ºC) to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperature.
It is necessary to know that periodic repetitions help to protect the surface, especially in situations where the quality of wood and MDF or the quality of paint is low.


The Coating method on raw wooden surfaces:
The coating method of this product is quite simple, easy, economical and practical.
For raw surfaces, just apply the Wood Sealer spray. Apply several coats, wet on wet, until the substrate is saturated. Generally, for optimal results, surfaces should be sprayed at least twice (wet-to-wet), depending on the absorbency of the surface you wish to protect. The process may need to be repeated.
After coating with Wood Sealer, the surface takes 72 hours (at 20ºC) to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperature.

2-year shelf life when stored in cool and dry place in closed containers at a temperature of 5-35 °C. Avoid solution contact with alkali, water and high humidity. The containers must be hermetically sealed.
