NFS-104 forms an extremely stable, and thus highly durable, three-dimensional network which repels liquid water but is permeable to water vapor.

NFS-104 protects surfaces against different weathering conditions and significantly increases the lifetime of materials.

The adhesion of dirt and soil to treated surfaces is drastically reduced and the cleaning process is significantly facilitated.

This product is non-toxic, colorless, durable, with excellent coverage, UV and weather resistant, compatible with a variety of construction materials, including all surfaces of brick, stone, thatched, plaster, concrete, cement and wood.

NFS-104 is widely applicable on porous construction materials like normal and reinforced concrete, brick, natural stones, plaster, wood, and thatched surface.

Deposition method of this coating on various surfaces is by using sprayers, brushes and rollers. The coating method of this product is single-step, quite simple, easy, economical and practical.

Before coating, any grease and dust must be cleaned from the surface, then the surface need to be dried completely.

Old and flaky paint (if any) must be removed from the surface through sanding before coating the surface.

Agitate or stir the bucket or drum before using.

Diluting solvent: Water

Dilution ratio: Dilute NFS-104 in a ratio of 1:3 with water.

Water should be added slowly to the solution while stirring. It should not be mixed with a strong stirrer. Then, it is ready to spray or apply by a brush.

Note: When using a brush or sprayer, make sure that the surface is completely saturated.
It is necessary to repeat the coating after about 20 minutes.

2-year shelf life when stored in cool and dry place in closed containers at a temperature of 5-35 °C.
