BIOCLEAN-331PLUS is a special blend that eliminates the need to use harsh acids for cleaning and removing soot, grease, dirt, all kinds of deposits, metal particles and industrial pollutions from a number of surfaces including bricks, pavers, retaining walls and concrete driveways, painted and unpainted metals, stones and etc.

BIOCLEAN-331PLUS cleaner dissolves more dirt and deposits than Muriatic and Phosphoric acids that are commonly used for remove industrial pollutions.

BIOCLEAN-331PLUS cleaner provides a user and environmentally friendly way to clean surfaces. It works quickly. Use outdoor or indoors. Pre-Cleaning: If necessary, power wash surface to be cleaned using a commercial grade pressure washer, degreaser and surface cleaner to remove oil and debris.

Apply cleaner to affected areas using a sprayer or brush. Allow the cleaner to react and break down mineral deposits.

While still wet, re-spray and scrub heavy deposits.

Rinse treated surfaces with pressure washer. Add water to treated surfaces to dilute and remove the cleaner.

Attentions:
Retention time of cleaner solution on the surface varies according to the amount of contamination and dirt (Between 5 minutes to 24 hours).

Do not use for white bricks.

Use with caution for stone and metal and do not stay on the surface for a long time.

Two years shelf life when stored in cool and dry place in closed containers at a temperature of -5−35 °C.
